Brooklyn Marine Terminal & Waterfront Development
The Brooklyn Marine Terminal project is a massive plan to reconfigure Brooklyn’s last working waterfront, replacing portions of the port with thousands of housing units as well as new industrial and commercial space. As currently conceived in the EDC’s BMT Vision Plan, Columbia Street Waterfront (CSW) is the neighborhood most directly impacted by the project, both during construction and after completion.
